SoftwareOne is looking for a Subject Matter Expert(SME) Quality Management - with proven repertoire around measuring, analyzing, improving key processes that influence customer satisfaction. Creating and implementing measures to prevent quality errors using Kaizen/ Poka-yoke, Lean/ Six sigma methodologies. Role & responsibilities Expertise in identifying the root causes of quality issues and developing effective solutions Lead the interpretation of in-process quality controls and analytical data to make quality evaluations, recommend actions for improvements Lead Quality and compliance assessment and implementing best practices. Lead and Coordinate Internal and External Audit Activities Design, develop, and implement robust quality management policies and systems that align with industry best practices Utilize and apply basic data-analysis tools such as SPC and Pareto Charts in review of data to drive process and/or continuous improvement Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Be responsive to the customer feedback/escalations and accordingly fix the controls to avert repetition Develop and Implement Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA) Preferred candidate profile Eye for detail Effective and assertive communication skills Good excel/ reporting/ presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High regard for customer satisfaction and compliance Diligent and meticulous Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different partners/ stakeholders in a global environment Demonstrated record of successfully assessing and determining the impact of current and potential regulatory compliance issues. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive continuous improvements. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions Leadership & Team Management. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with quality objectives Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) is recommended Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality control Hands-on experience with various quality methodologies and process improvement techniques.
