Job Opportunity: Quality Auditor (3 Open Positions) | Bangalore | 4 + years of exp | Full-time
About the RoleWe are seeking Quality Auditors to drive governance, compliance, and quality assurance across IT projects delivered to our customers. This role ensures that every project meets its commitments on cost, schedule, scope, quality, and compliancefrom solution design through project closure.You will play a critical role in early risk detection, issue resolution, and continuous improvement planning, ensuring smooth delivery without escalations. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end project reviews covering cost, schedule, scope, quality, and compliance.Drive adherence to governance and compliance standards from initiation to closure.Apply a value-driven approach to audits and reviews.Analyze project data to identify improvement opportunities.Detect risks/issues early and ensure proactive resolution.Deliver effective reporting and follow-up on corrective actions. Must-Have Skills4–8 years of experience in Quality & Compliance for IT projects in large-scale organizations.Strong conceptual knowledge of Project Management in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good-to-Have SkillsExperience in a Techno-PM role, with exposure to both legacy and modern technologies.Hands-on experience in process and policy documentation.
