Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. To organize / co-ordinate the internal / external trainings 2. To co-ordinate and execute the training programme for all personnel in co-ordination with respective Stakeholder for new and existing employees through EPIQ Learn IQ 3. To prepare the training schedule to all personnel in plant. 4. To initiate the refresher training to plat personnel as per training schedule 5. To prepare training content/documents as per requirements. 6. To track the training practical effectiveness of employees 7. To prepare and maintain Training need identification matrixs to all the plant personnel Preferred candidate profile : Candidate with 02 to 07 years of experience in Training & Documentation .
