Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester with at least 1 year of experience in software testing to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), be skilled in creating and executing test plans, and demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements Understand and analyse software requirements and technical specifications. Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases. Maintain and update test documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product managers to clarify requirements. Communicate test status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Provide regular test progress reports and metrics. Ensure timely delivery of quality releases. Adhere to QA standards and processes.
