Quality Assurance Tester - Manual Testing

Job Description

QA Tester Responsibilities Participate in a team to ensure the quality of system configurations aligns with client requirements. Analyze new requirements and use cases to develop test strategies, including scenarios, conditions, cases, data, and expected results. Maintain, and execute functional/UI testing manual scripts Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (ADO/JIRA/Rally). Work closely with the development and client teams for end resolution of defects and retest and closure. Adhere to established testing standards and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, client/SI teams, project/test managers, and support teams, to ensure seamless upgrade processes. Conduct ad-hoc and exploratory testing as needed. Report on test-planning and execution progress, defect tracking, and overall quality and risk status. Collaborate with team leads and PMs to validate that solutions meet business requirements. Participate in triage calls with client teams, root cause analysis, and validate fixes.
