Role and Responsibilities

Generate new business from assigned areas

Meet customers, understand their insurance needs and offer suitable products

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers

Achieve monthly sales targets

Ensure timely follow up with leads for higher conversion

Support customers during policy issuance and after sales service

Maintain daily activity reports and share updates with the team

Key Skills Required

Good communication and customer handling skills

Knowledge of insurance products and market trends

Ability to meet sales targets

Self motivated and result oriented personality

Basic understanding of digital tools and CRM

Eligibility

Minimum one year experience in insurance sales

Local candidates with good knowledge of the area will be preferred
