Job Description

Preparation and execution of test plans for applications that are being developed. Writing and review of all testing-related documents. Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications. Identify, report and track software defects and issues. Perform functional, performance, security and regression, Smoke testing of software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to understand project goals and ensure testing aligns with project timelines. Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on their resolution. Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies. Requirements 5-10 years of testing experience with a BE / BSc educational qualification with not less than 60% marks. Knowledge of testing methodologies (i.e. unit testing , white box testing , black box testing , etc). Expertise on Manual Testing Expertise on Excel and Word Knowledge of using automated testing tools such as Load Runner is not must, but will be an added advantage Experience in Windows and web technology products. Knowledge of SQL Server databases. Commitment to quality and willingness to work in a high-pressure environment. Experience in testing financial and sales applications is desirable.
