Quality Assurance (QA) Team Lead

You will be responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring the quality of product releases and Agile sprints. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading QA planning, execution, and automation strategy - Implementing test engineering best practices and optimizing automation frameworks - Writing/reviewing automation scripts using Java-based tools and frameworks - Mentoring and managing a mid-sized QA team, conducting training and POCs - Collaborating closely with developers, DevOps, CI/CD stakeholders - Defining/tracking quality metrics, testing coverage, and deliverables - Driving cross-functional test efforts across India + US teams - Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality builds in every sprint Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of QA experience (manual + automation) - Strong hands-on programming/testing using Java - Proven experience leading QA engineers and driving Agile QA processes - Prior work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Drone, GitLab etc.) - Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, RESTAssured, etc. - Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL, API testing, Docker basics - Experience with cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure) - Bonus: OData/BI testing, AI-powered testing tools exposure In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to work with a rapidly scaling US product engineering team, have the freedom to design, improve, and own QA processes end-to-end, gain exposure to modern automation and cloud-based testing technologies, work in a high-impact role with global team collaboration, and be part of a strong engineering culture and innovation-focused environment.
