Job Description

Role Overview: As a Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the compliance and quality of processes within the account. You will be responsible for tracking and reviewing process quality through audits, preparing reports for internal leadership and clients, identifying error trends, conducting Root Cause Analysis, and driving training initiatives to maintain process quality. Additionally, you will support new process implementations and manage team performance and engagement to meet quality parameters in the account. Key Responsibilities: - Track and review process quality through audits - Develop audit plan based on SOP and allocate reviews to analysts - Monitor audits to ensure compliance with the plan - Review audit data to evaluate account performance on quality parameters and identify error trends - Prepare and share reports with internal leadership and clients - Identify best practices and collaborate with the delivery team for improvement - Ensure compliance by coordinating with external auditors and internal teams - Drive training initiatives within the account to maintain process quality - Conduct Root Cause Analysis and monthly trainings based on error types - Deploy various training methods to develop skills and reduce error rates - Support incoming new processes and new process additions for existing clients - Manage team resourcing, talent development, performance, and engagement initiatives - Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to direct reports - Drive team engagement initiatives and track satisfaction scores Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes - Excellent communication and team management skills - Ability to analyze data and identify trends for process improvement - Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing training programs - Track record of managing team performance and engagement effectively Note: Reinvent your world with a modern Wipro, an end-to-end digital transformation partner.
