Process consultancy (areas like Product Lifecycle Management, Quality Management System, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Industry best practices) Provide process training (On-boarding, QMS deployment and specific topics like RCA) Process consultancy for metrics-based management and Process Capability baseline Compliance checks for milestone reviews (for specific projects), Perform yearly Internal Audits Support Quality Management System updates Support preparation for software development center ISO certification What You Need to Succeed Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA You must have Experience of 3 to 5 years Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies Knowledge of project management processes Experience in Auditing software projects. Experience in quality management Training and coaching skills Experience in using ALM/Configuration management tools e.g. Azure, JIRA, GIT Experience in working with multi-cultural team is added advantage Excellent communication skills and soft skills good team player Knowledge on ISO/CMMI is added advantage Certifications/Qualification like Lean/Six Sigma, Lead Auditor, CSM, Scaled Agile is added advantage Our Offer to You Hybrid working model.
