Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager - Woven, your role involves ensuring the quality of garments, especially shirts, by deep understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and stitching, finishing, and overall appearance quality standards. Your key responsibilities include: - Proficiency in quality control techniques such as AQL standards to identify defects, root causes, and corrective actions. - Setting quality standards based on buyer requirements and providing guidance to different departments and processes. - Establishing SOPs for production and preparatory processes to achieve right first-time quality. - Developing MIS for quality measurement and recording. - Monitoring product quality at various production stages. - Training newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and tools. - Woven experience is a must. Qualifications required for this role: - B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Textile or any relevant degree. - 4 to 15 years of experience in a similar role. The company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and follows a day shift schedule. The work location is in person. This is a full-time, permanent position.,
