• Conduct quality audits and inspections.
• Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Handle customer feedback and quality-related issues.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP). Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance (2-3 years in a managerial role).
• Knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in printing/publishing industries.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification.
