Quality Assurance Lead - Playwright Testing

As a Lead QA, you will be responsible for overseeing QA activities for web and mobile applications, ensuring the best quality from requirement analysis to final release. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing QA activities for web and mobile applications throughout the software development lifecycle. - Designing, developing, and executing detailed use cases and test cases to validate software functionalities. - Troubleshooting complex backend issues, including API and web services testing. - Collaborating with Agile teams, participating in SCRUM meetings, and serving as the QA representative to maintain high-quality standards. - Conducting manual testing focusing on GPS tracking systems, BLE applications, and e-commerce platforms. - Mentoring and guiding a team of QA engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software testing. - Contributing to the development of test strategies and implementing advanced testing tools and methodologies. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 8 years of experience in QA within the IT service industry. - Proven experience in managing a QA team of at least 10 members. - In-depth knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle). - Hands-on experience with bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA and Zoho. - Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter for stress and load testing. - Experience with automation testing frameworks like Cypress and Playwright is an advantage. Please note: This job is based in Ahmedabad and is a 5-day work week at the office.
