Quality Assurance Lead

In this role as a QA Lead at Digi Valet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of hospitality solutions. In addition, your role will involve: - Developing comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals. - Collaborating with project managers to establish testing timelines and deliverables. - Reviewing requirements and specifications to ensure testability. - Managing daily scrum meetings. - Responsible for testing estimation/effort for sprint. - Responsible for Function and Regression testing for the sprint tickets. - Responsible for API testing for the APIs implemented or edited. - Running the regression Suite in Jenkins or locally to validate regular health of application. - Creation and Execution of automation Test Case. - Client communication and coordination within the team. - Interaction with clients to understand their business requirements. - Providing production support on critical issues. - Ensuring deliveries are done within the timelines. - Preparing project status reports for submission to senior management. - Responsible for Sprint Demo and Delivery. - End-to-end quality assurance activity. Skills required: - Exposure to Agile scrum methodologies (Planning, Grooming, Effort estimation, and Retrospection). - Experience in web and mobile application testing. - Exposure in Web functional automation using Selenium WebDriver and WebdriverIO. - Exposure in API testing using Postman and Apickli. - Exposure in performance Testing using JMeter. - Understanding of REST full API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE). - Experience in effort estimation. - Exposure to Health Care, E-commerce, Workforce Management, and Education domains. - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS. - Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, MongoDB. - Functional Testing (Web and Mobile Platform), API Testing, Postman, JIRA. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance. - Strong experience in automation testing, performance testing, Selenium testing, manual testing, API testing, etc. - Proven leadership experience with a focus on team building and mentorship. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.,
