Quality Assurance Lead

As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the quality efforts for our engineering and web-based applications in the AEC domain. Your responsibilities will include defining test strategy, driving automation, managing test cycles, and guiding the QA team effectively. - Lead QA activities across engineering and web applications. - Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright/Cypress. - Create and execute manual/automation test plans for functional, regression, and API testing. - Ensure test coverage, release quality, and defect reporting. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables. - Mentor QA engineers and oversee daily QA operations. - Contribute to CI/CD test integration. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 8-10 years of QA experience with at least 2-3 years in a lead role. - Strong expertise in automation (Selenium + 1 additional framework). - Good experience in testing web applications and basic understanding of engineering/AEC workflows. - Profound knowledge of testing methodologies, API testing, and defect management tools. - Hands-on experience with Java or Python for automation. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git. It would be nice to have exposure to engineering or AEC tools/products (basic understanding is sufficient) and knowledge of performance or security testing tools. Furthermore, soft skills like strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities, will be essential for success in this role.,
