Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct in-process and final product quality checks.
Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality documentation.
Perform internal audits and support external (regulatory or customer) audits.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality standards (ISO, HACCP, etc., as applicable).
Investigate and report non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and procurement teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality records, validation reports, calibration logs, and other QA documentation.
Conduct training sessions on quality systems and procedures.
Assist in quality improvement projects and process optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
