Description/Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with at least 5 years of experience in the cosmetics sector. This role involves ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct in-process quality assurance checks in the manufacturing area. Perform analytical tests and inspections on products during production. SOP Preparation, Verify compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Knowledge on process, cleaning validation. Protocol and reporting To training plant / office on SOPs/GMP/ Process AQL Sampling and reporting Document quality assurance findings and report deviations. Collaborate with production staff to address and rectify quality issues. Review batch records for adherence to quality standards. Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality-related incidents. SKILLS: a. Good communication and Experience in a Personal care / Cosmetics , pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. b. Knowledge of GMP regulations, and quality assurance practices. c. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. d. Excellent documentation, computer skills (Excel, Word) and communication skills. e. A ERP/ SAP /LIMS / Any software driven system knowledge is advantage. f. ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
