Executive QA Textile (B.Tech) only To analyze testing report and ensure its action plan is implemented To efficiently manage raw material of all incoming cotton lots. To ensure skill and knowledge up-gradation of subordinates. To check the process from mixing to packing on daily basis, highlighting the abnormal issues with concerned department. To conduct shop floor audit. To ensure quality confirmation of each and every lot of fabric and implementation of proper system at all levels. To conduct trials to improve quality and productivity. To provide process parameters of new mixing/blends/ products to production department for bulk production. To review work of investigators and provide training. To manage trouble shooting regarding quality matters. To follow up with customers and handling their complaints. To conduct monthly meeting with all investigators, assistants for better co – ordination with other departments. Show more Show less
