Responsibilities Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention in time bound manner Gaining excellent product knowledge during the training phase to enhance customer support Planning the standardization of support delivery. Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team. Skills Required A bachelors or masters degree in BCA, BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech, or M.Tech Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English Basic computer skills Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and other relevant support tools; basic understanding of web technologies and software troubleshooting. Account Management: Experience in managing customer accounts, including updating, maintaining, and optimizing account information for better service delivery. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail-oriented in handling customer inquiries, managing accounts, and resolving issues. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and product teams.
