Quality Assurance Engineer

In this role as an Engineer-Quality Control, you will be responsible for various tasks in the shop floor-Quality Control area of the PEB / Fabrication industry. Your main duties will include: - Inspection of fabricated items to ensure quality standards are met - Supervision of work force to maintain quality control processes - Handling customer complaints effectively Key Skills Required: - Proficiency in MS Office - Willingness to work in shifts - Experience in Mechanical Laboratory - Effective people management skills It is essential that you have prior experience in fabrication industries specifically in shop-floor Quality Control, and not from project-based experience. The location of the role is in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad. Basic Qualifications: - DME with a minimum of 6 years of experience or BE/B.Tech Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience Additionally, you should be well-versed with QA systems & procedures, and be able to: - Check & inspect the product quality within specified parameters - Conduct quality audits and implement corrective & preventive actions - Troubleshoot quality issues at the shop floor level - Provide training to QA staff and engineers in your team Your willingness to work in shifts is crucial for this role.,
