Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time on-site role. The QA Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products by performing manual testing, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and exploratory test cases for new and existing features.

• Design and develop test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements.

• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using bug tracking tools.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Ensure software quality standards and best practices are met throughout the development lifecycle.

• Provide timely and meaningful feedback on the usability and functionality of software products.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in manual testing and software quality assurance.

• Experience in developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans.

• Solid knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, or similar).

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Must have ERP Domain Knowledge.
