Role & responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance (QA)

• Sales Pre-Live Audits: Conduct comprehensive, meticulous audits of event listings and (including

content, imagery, date/time, venue details, and pricing tiering) before publishing to ensure 100%

accuracy and adherence to brand and legal guidelines.

• Content Standardization: Enforce strict standardization rules across all event metadata to ensure

seamless searchability and superior customer experience.

• Dynamic Quality Checks: Monitor live events for last-minute changes (venue shifts, cancellations,

rescheduling) and immediately trigger necessary corrective actions and customer communication

workflows.

• Benchmarking: Establish and maintain quality metrics and audit frameworks, drawing best

practices from market leaders in the events ticketing space.
