Location: KochiWork Type: Onsite, Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)Reports To: QA Department Head

The Quality Analyst ensures that all academic, operational, and administrative processes across the branches meet institutional standards. The role involves collecting and analyzing feedback, monitoring compliance with SOPs, conducting audits, preparing quality reports, and coordinating with other departments to maintain consistent performance and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze feedback from students, trainers, and departments.
• Conduct weekly and monthly audits as per the QA checklist.
• Prepare and submit Quality Reports and Rating Review Data within deadlines.
• Monitor department-wise compliance with SOPs and institutional standards.
• Verify Exam and Placement-related quality data and coordinate with respective departments.
• Ensure student and department concerns are tracked, escalated, and resolved on time.
• Maintain feedback, rating, and performance records in Microsoft Excel and OneDrive.
• Coordinate with all departments for data verification and reporting.
• Handle inter-branch communication and support QA audits across all locations.
• Maintain punctuality, professional grooming, and confidentiality in all QA operations.

Salary Range: 20K to 25K CTC.
