Quality AssociateTrainee

We are looking for a Quality Engineer Trainee to join our team in the plastic injection molding industry. Candidates should hold a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, or a related field, with 0–3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections of molded plastic parts, performing visual and dimensional checks using tools like Vernier calipers and micrometers, and maintaining quality documentation such as inspection reports, control plans, and daily quality logs.

The trainee will also assist in monitoring molding parameters, supporting production teams, participating in root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why and Fishbone, and ensuring adherence to ISO/IATF quality standards.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with new mold trials, defect tracking, labeling and packaging checks, and contributing to continuous improvement activities such as 5S and Kaizen. A basic understanding of the injection molding process, quality tools, and measurement instruments is essential.

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing setup are required. The salary range for this role is ₹15,500 to ₹17,000, depending on experience and performance.
