Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to join our team at Vadodara. This is an excellent opportunity for a B.E. Chemicals graduate (Fresher) to start their career in the quality assurance field and grow with a dynamic organization. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of products meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine quality inspections and tests of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

· Perform chemical analysis and physical tests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Ensure product compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.

· Record, analyze, and report test results and maintain proper documentation of quality activities.

· Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and suggest corrective actions.

· Monitor and ensure proper calibration of testing equipment and lab maintenance.

· Support the R&D and production teams in implementing quality improvements.

· Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

· Participate in internal audits and assist during external audits.

Qualification & Skills Required:

· B.E. Chemical Engineering – Freshers can apply

· Basic knowledge of chemical testing methods and laboratory practices

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

· Good communication skills (written & verbal)

· Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Compensation:

· Salary: Negotiable as per industry standards and candidate’s qualification

· Other benefits as per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
