Job Description

Role and Responsibilities: To manage transaction quality profile for a sales/customer service process To conduct audits as per defined guideline and sampling for transaction monitoring. To identify gaps and conduct 1-0-1 feedback with agents. To create and publish regular audit reports with internal team. To share TNI for refresher sessions with the training team to help improve the quality of calls/email/chat. To identify process/product gap & share the details with manager/management. To take regular initiatives to improve teams performance, increase customer satisfaction and improve sales closings. Applicants Specifications & Qualification: Graduation in any stream is a must. Should have minimum 1 year tenure with upGrad Should have experience worked in customer service/sales process. Having hands on experience on 7QC tools.
