Job Description

About the Role:

Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing & Quality Assurance

Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Perform manual and/or automated testing to ensure product quality.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

2. Defect Identification & Reporting

Identify, record, and track bugs/defects using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
Work closely with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
Validate fixes and ensure defects are closed before release.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, UFT, Cypress, etc.).
Knowledge of performance and API testing tools (JMeter, Postman, SoapUI).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
ISTQB or other QA certifications.
