Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in a customer service or BPO environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and evaluate call quality to ensure adherence to company standards.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to agents.
Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance agent performance.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions.
Provide coaching and training to agents on quality-related topics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Analyst in a customer service or BPO environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with quality management software and tools.
