Quality Analyst (outbound sales)

As a Quality Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards, coaching performance, and driving operational excellence. Your background in sales and upselling processes will be valuable as you monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure adherence to quality parameters. Your attention to detail will be key as you provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to improve individual and team performance. Collaborating with Operations and Training teams, you will implement best practices and quality improvements, developing and maintaining quality guidelines, SOPs, and audit frameworks. Your role will also involve ensuring zero defects in customer interactions through regular quality checks, analyzing quality metrics, and preparing action plans for continuous process improvement. Managing audit schedules and maintaining documentation for compliance, you will drive team performance and motivation to meet quality benchmarks, identifying training needs and participating in upskilling initiatives.
