About the Role

We are looking for an AM - Quality and Sales Enablement, who can elevate sales quality and learner experience in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

This role will drive end-to-end quality governancespanning call audits, consultative sales feedback, training enablement, and data-backed performance improvement.

You'll work closely with Sales, Training, and Operations teams to enhance conversions, compliance, and customer satisfaction by embedding excellence into every learner interaction.

Sales Call Quality & Process Excellence

Conduct end-to-end audits of inbound and outbound sales calls to ensure adherence to consultative sales frameworks and organizational standards.

Identify and analyze quality gaps through root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions with sales managers.

Facilitate interactive sessions such as role-plays, group discussions, and scenario-based learning to build confidence and sales acumen.

Lead Audit the Auditor (ATA) programs and Zero Tolerance Policies (ZTP) to strengthen compliance and scoring consistency.

Partner with the product and training teams to refine sales narratives, pitch frameworks, and objection-handling strategies based on audit insights.

Sales Enablement

Facilitate mock sales, calibration sessions, and one-on-one

Coaching to improve product knowledge and communication quality.

Data-Driven Quality Reporting

Develop and maintain QA dashboards to track conversion-linked quality metrics.

Audit CRM hygiene (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy across the learner journey.

Present monthly and quarterly review reports highlighting audit outcomes, CSAT trends, and actionable insights for leadership.

Assess participants learning through mock sales pitches, quizzes, and practical exercises.

Provide constructive feedback and actionable guidance to improve individual performance.

Stay informed about industry trends and modern training techniques to continuously enhance the training process.
