Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a QA Engineer with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing to ensure high-quality delivery of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid testing fundamentals, the ability to design test cases, and hands-on experience in writing and maintaining automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

Analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and write detailed test cases.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, UI, cross-browser, and mobile testing.
Identify, report, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA feedback.
Ensure test coverage and maintain documentation.

Automation Testing

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium.
Design and execute automated regression and sanity suites.
Integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Maintain automation frameworks and optimize scripts for better efficiency.
Troubleshoot and analyze automation failures.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, test case design techniques & defect life cycle.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like:
Selenium WebDriver
TestNG/JUnit
Playwright/Cypress (optional)
Postman for API testing
Basic SQL for data validation.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
API automation experience (RestAssured/Karate) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,773.70 - ₹50,000.00 per month
