Conduct quality tests, inspections, and audits to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies. This includes manual and automated testing, performance, and usability testing. Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans and design test cases based on product specifications and requirements. Defect Management: Document, track, and report on defects, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to understand user needs and provide feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor quality metrics, analyze data to identify trends and issues, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to work processes to reduce errors and enhance efficiency and product quality.
