Quality Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. The QA will be responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Key Responsibilities:· · Review and analyze system specifications · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and implement best practices. · Prepare reports and documentation on quality performance and improvement initiatives. · Monitor customer feedback and handle quality-related complaints effectively. · Provide training and support to team members regarding quality tools and processes. Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. · Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role. · Familiarity with quality testing tools, methodologies, and frameworks. · Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum if software-related). · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or QA software (e.g., Selenium, Jira, TestRail, etc. for software QA). · Certification such as Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) or ISTQB is a plus.
