Greetings from Vvinayak Associates ! Chartered Accountant for French MNC, based at Andheri Our client is a leading French MNC, having office at CHANDIVALI ( BOOMERANG BLDG). We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with Excellent in Communication as this involves International travelling and presenting data to various HQs of a company including France. Monday to Friday ( 9 to 4 ). Looking for Qualified Chartered Accountant- Fresher/1-2 yrs experience-Female candidates only 2. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures 3. Expert in handling accounting software like Tally 4. Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs. 5. Experience with general ledger function 1. Monitoring the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with the government regulations 2. Reviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities 3. Reconciling already documented reports, statements and various transactions 4. Finalisation of Accounts and certified by Statutory auditors 5. ERP synchronization with branches, logistics and accounts 6. Cash flow, fund flow management 7. Generating MIS on periodic basis 8. COSTING of products 9. Responsible for GST accounting, timely payment, proper information & data compilation, No data missing for GST input credit, zero penalty. 10. Generating Monthly Financial Accounts by 5th of every month 11. Timely payment of TDS, Profession Tax, Advance TAX, Provident fund no delay Or penalty. 12. Generating landing costs of each product 13. Handling exchange fluctuation 14. Stock Valuation certified by auditor Should you be interested then please share your updated resume.
