Role Overview:

detail-oriented and proactive QS/QC Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveying & Estimation:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material estimation from drawings and site conditions.
• Assist in preparing and updating BOQs, rate analyses, and cost breakups.
• Verify subcontractor quantities and prepare comparative cost statements.

Billing & Documentation:

• Prepare and review

  client and subcontractor bills

  as per approved BOQ and project progress.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and QS teams to validate work done.
• Maintain and update measurement sheets, work order logs, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of RA bills, final bills, and certification documents.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular

  site inspections

  to ensure adherence to approved specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and report deviations or non-conformities in workmanship or materials.
• Coordinate with site execution teams and vendors for corrective actions.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Liaise between project execution, procurement, and accounts departments for smooth billing and project closure.
• Generate progress and cost reports for management review.
• Support audits, client inspections, and project handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–7 years of experience in

  QS / Billing / QC

  roles within

  commercial interior fit-out

  projects.
• Strong understanding of interior execution drawings, finishes, and materials.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity measurement tools.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to

  relocate and travel to project sites across PAN India

  .
