Job Description

  • Lead estimation, billing, and contract administration for high-value projects.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-rise structures (RCC, steel, finishes).

  • Analyze BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and align with design specifications.

  • Finalize subcontractor agreements (formwork, MEP, faade, etc.).

  • Rack actual vs. budgeted costs (material, labor, equipment).

  • Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.

  • Manage variation orders (VOs) and claims from contractors.

  • Prepare final project cost report.

  • Close all subcontractor/vendor accounts.

  • Archive financial records for future reference.

  • Regular site visits for measurements & verifications.

  • Conducted site supervision construction of RCC, masonry, finishes.

  • Process subcontractor bills and ensure compliance with contract term

  • Estimation of Quantities & coordination with site.
