Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Call Center Telemarketer. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to clients and prospective customers, scheduling appointments, promoting products or services, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves effectively handling inquiries, managing customer relationships, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships Excellent communication and listening skills to engage and address customer needs Proven skills in sales and appointment scheduling Customer service experience and a dedication to providing exceptional support Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Previous telemarketing or call center experience is preferred
