Location : Neemrana Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech Experience : 6-8 years Designation : Sr. Engineer Work Description & performance Plan Summary of Job Profile/ Purpose of the position: To carry out quality management systems activities for all sections related to IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 standard & customer specific requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. To maintain the Masters of the documents. 2. To maintain the Master & Obsolete list of the documents along with the revision history. 3 To control the documents (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction & Inspection Standard). 4. To perform the process audits as per control plan. 5. To draw procedures and formats as per the requirements/requests. 6. To coordinate customer audits. 7. To update all the required QMS documents regularly. 8. To perform internal system audits. 9. To coordinate with other teams for the preparation of PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions & Inspection Standards. 10. To follow-up the closure of actions taken by other departments and to verify the effectiveness of actions. Skills: Good Documentation Skills. (Essential) Auditing Skills. (Desirable) Specific technical qualification/certification: Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 standard. (Essential) Qualified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949:2016 standard. (Desirable) Competencies required to successfully perform the job: Technical/Function Competencies Should be very well competent in Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel). (Essential) Should be fluent in making presentations. (Desirable) Should be able to draw formats. (Essential)
