Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Saas Sales Executive with 0-2 years of inside sales and lead generation experience. The candidate must be eager for sales prospecting, cold outreach, and demo setting and setting up qualified leads with decision-makers. You will work closely with the Sales Director to open new conversations, nurture leads, and build the foundation for long-term B2B sales growth. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking. Schedule product demos for qualified leads, ensuring that each demo is personalized to address the prospect's unique business needs and pain points. Follow up after demos to gather feedback, address any remaining questions, and work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from demo to proposal and closing stages. Maintain and update CRM systems with up-to-date information on all leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Track and monitor key activity metrics such as the number of outbound calls made, emails sent, and demos scheduled, ensuring that these metrics are consistently recorded in the for performance analysis and reporting. Strong interest and passion for sales, with a particular focus on prospecting and building relationships with potential business clients. Eagerness to engage in cold outreach, qualify leads, and contribute to sales pipeline growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 0-1 year of experience in SaaS sales, business development, B2B sales, or a related sales function. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms). Basic understanding of sales processes, including lead qualification, account management, and tracking sales activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
