Extend your potential in a global team of experts In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work with Group Process and Quality Team with reporting to Process and Quality Director. You will become part of the Process and Quality team in India maintaining Group Integrated Management System and advancing process excellence through standardisation and improvements. COWI India, with offices in Gurgaon and Chennai, is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2018, and ISO 45001:2018 certified subsidiary employing around 500 skilled engineering professionals engaged in a diverse range of global multidisciplinary engineering projects. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Be responsible for tasks related to Group Integrated Management System maintenance for relevant ISO and other applicable standards. Conduct and deliver training and induction programs on QHSE practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough HSE risk assessments. Participate in investigation of accidents and incidents, root causes analysis, and implementation of measures to prevent recurrence. Be responsible for updating and maintaining Group Integrated Management System documentation. Assist with data collection and analysis for various Integrated management system reporting and management review meetings. Carry out detailed process mapping and authoring in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Coordinate and carry out assigned process standardisation and improvement tasks. Assist in divisional fulfilment and report on the defined Integrated Management System KPI’s. Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future. You hold a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering / science with 4-8 years of experience in maintenance of ISO management systems e.g. QMS, OH&S, EMS, ISMS especially with another engineering company. Furthermore, you should: Possess strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and auditing practices. Possess firsthand experience with process improvement techniques. An advantage would be having Process Certifications (Six Sigma, Lean concepts, BPM, ITIL or equivalent). Be a trained Internal/Lead Auditor for ISO management systems e.g. 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018. Have proficient written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PoweBI tools. Have ability to work in a cross-functional teams.
