Knowledge about incident/ accident/ Near Miss/ Unsafe Act/ Unsafe Action/ First aid process. QHSE audit procedure and checklists. Different type of fire class & fire extinguishers used in different class of fire, Assembly Area, etc. Vendor Audits Checklists and Procedure awareness. Food and Oil Disposal and segregation record maintenance Procedure. QHSE Legal Compliances. Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, Personal Hygiene, Kitchen Hygiene guideline Hand Washing, Vegetable Sanitization Procedure, PPE, etc.
