Our clients include IndiGo Airlines, Abott Healthcare, Karbonn Mobiles, Jaquar, Artize, Essco, Jaquar Lighting, Century Prowud, Kaff, Maspar, Hettich, Haldirams, Bikanerwala, Bikano, among others. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA & QC) Manager to lead and oversee our quality management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of QA & QC methodologies, a proven track record in managing online machine approvals, and the ability to effectively handle all aspects of QA and audit-related documentation. This leadership role requires someone who can ensure the highest standards of quality across our operations. Key Responsibilities: 1) Leadership & Team Management: a) Provide strategic leadership to the QA & QC team, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained. b) Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the team. 2) Process Knowledge: a) Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all quality-related processes, standards, and industry best practices. b) Stay abreast of emerging trends in quality management and implement relevant improvements. 3) Day-to-Day Operations: a) Support the QA & QC team in their day-to-day operations, offering guidance and expertise. b) Ensure that quality control measures are effectively integrated into daily production processes. 4) Documentation Management: a) Manage all QA and audit-related documentation, maintaining accuracy and completeness. b) Establish and maintain an organized record-keeping system for easy retrieval and compliance. 5) Quality Audits: a) Plan and conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with established standards. b) Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and drive improvements. 6) Continuous Improvement Initiatives: a) Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in QA & QC operations. b) Implement best practices and technological solutions to optimize quality processes. 7) Collaboration: a) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective measures. b) Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications: 1) 15-20 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. 2) Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and industry standards. 3) Proven experience in conducting quality audits, and leading teams. 4) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5) Proficient in relevant software and tools.
