Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a QC (Quality Control) Manager located in Vadodara. The QC Manager will oversee daily quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet required standards. Responsibilities include managing quality assurance protocols, conducting inspections, developing and implementing quality control systems, and collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. The QC Manager will also train and mentor team members and lead continuous improvement initiatives. QualificationsExperience in quality control and quality assurance protocolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of regulatory standards and complianceExcellent communication and team management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmeceutical, or related industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
