Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and inspection processes across production stages. Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to identify and eliminate quality issues. Handle customer complaints, prepare reports, and coordinate with clients for audits. Train and guide shop-floor staff and inspectors on quality standards and tools. Monitor supplier quality and work with the procurement team on vendor development and audits. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and metrics for management. Support continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.
