QC Head

You have a minimum of five years of experience in Home textile Products, Baby products, and other export products. Your role will involve implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures throughout the textile production lifecycle. You will need to conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating testing and analysis of textile samples using appropriate methods and equipment to verify product quality and performance characteristics. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken. You will also generate reports summarizing quality performance metrics and trends. Collaboration with suppliers is key in addressing quality issues, evaluating supplier performance, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of incoming materials. You will need to identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement within the textile production workflow. Proposing and implementing solutions to streamline operations and reduce defects will be part of your role. Providing training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices is crucial in fostering a culture of quality excellence. Working closely with customer service and sales teams to address customer feedback, complaints, and quality-related inquiries will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring timely resolution of quality issues to maintain customer satisfaction is essential. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality management system (QMS) reviews to drive ongoing enhancement of quality processes and practices.
