Qualifications B.tech in Electrical Eng. / Electronics Eng. Knowledge & Skills Must have good soldering skills (THT & SMT). Ability to approach assigned tasks positively and proactively, regardless of complexity or perceived importance. Knowledge of different kinds of defects in electrical electronic circuits. Must have good communication skills (formal & informal). Should have good knowledge of word and excel. Basic knowledge of electronic components and their applications. Should be a fast learner and problem solver. Must have good time management skills. Should have good decision-making capabilities. Role & Responsibilities Maintaining Quality standards on products manufactured from the assembly line. Execution of quality control measures to reduce manufacturing defects in products. Maintaining documentation and reports of product quality from time to time. Re-work and re-solder of defective or damaged components. Work in a team with other colleagues to accomplish the company s goals. Experience Fresher or experience of 1 year in similar field can also apply. Vacancy 04 (Female)
