QC Analyst (Shopify web)

As a QC Manual Tester for Shopify websites, your role will involve ensuring the quality of the websites by creating and executing test cases, performing functional and regression testing, and reporting bugs to maintain a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Test Shopify websites for functionality, UI/UX, and cross-browser compatibility. - Create and manage test cases; report and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Asana. - Validate product listings, checkout flow, and app integrations. - Collaborate with developers and product teams for timely fixes and releases. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in manual web/eCommerce testing, with a preference for Shopify experience. - Strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and bug tracking tools. - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. It is beneficial to have knowledge in Shopify, SQL, API testing, or automation. The job type is full-time with a shift from 12pm to 9pm in Mohali, Punjab.
