QA/QC Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor

  Quality Assurance & Quality Control

  procedures at the site.
• Conduct inspections for

  materials, workmanship, and construction activities

  .
• Verify work as per

  IS codes, specifications, and method statements

  .
• Prepare and maintain

  quality-related documents

  :
• Inspection reports
  
• Test reports
  
• Checklists
  
• Daily QA/QC logs
  
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure quality compliance.
  
• Review and ensure

  material testing

  (concrete, steel, aggregates, soil, etc.).
• Raise

  NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)

  and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to

  safety and quality standards

  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
  

Eligibility

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  
• Minimum

  2–3+ years

  of experience in QA/QC (Civil)
• Experience in infrastructure / industrial / building projects preferred
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of

  QA/QC processes

  in civil projects
• Familiar with

  IS codes and specifications

• Ability to prepare technical reports
  
• Knowledge of material testing procedures
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills
