Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze software requirements specifications in detail to develop effective test strategies.

  • Design and execute test cases for UI, functionality, and automation testing.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using TOSCA.

  • Perform manual testing across various application functionalities, devices, and browsers.

  • Utilize innovative testing technologies to enhance test design techniques.

  • Track quality assurance metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

  • Identify, analyze, and report defects while collaborating with developers for resolution.

  • Define quality metrics and implement measures to evaluate test effectiveness and overall product quality.

  • Utilize test management tools like SPIRA for test execution and reporting.

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment on testing outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing using TOSCA.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database table structures.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals.

  • Hands-on experience with test management tools like SPIRA.

  • Expertise in writing and executing positive and negative test scenarios.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
