QA TESTER

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in all phases of the software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and reports.
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards before release.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and processes.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC.
• Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TestLink, or Selenium (added advantage).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹194,695.69 - ₹300,000.00 per year
